Administration Assistant

Imperial War Museum

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Senior Administration Assistant and the Support Services Manager in the FM department in the procurement, management and delivery of a range of central services to support the Museum’s needs. These services include management of office equipment, stationery, post, couriers, transport and travel, document management and other ancillary services.

The Administration Assistant will also be responsible for assisting the Safety & Disability Manager by providing general clerical support. This support includes organisation of training courses, taking minutes at Health & Safety meetings and dealing with day-to-day correspondence.

The post will be based at IWM Duxford but will have a remit for other IWM branches
